Spare & Replacement Parts

We provide spare parts and replacement for all of the equipment we supply and carry stock of many essential items such as seal kits, gaskets and o-rings. Nearly all of the equipment supplied by the manufacturers we work with is still spares supported.

If we don’t have the part you require in stock we will work closely with our suppliers and freight forwarders to get it to you as soon as possible.

Should you require us to fit your replacement parts we will be more than happy to do so.

The below provides an overview of what we will require from you in order to identify the parts.

Matrix Applied Technologies

If you are able to provide an original order number, drawing reference or installation date for your equipment we will usually be able to identify it.

In the case of the SwingMaster joint, there is also a Casting Reference number on the body which we will require.

Groth Corporation

If you require your replacement parts or assembly urgently, Groth operate a ‘Red Ball’ program which allows us to take your order to the top of the queue. There is an associated surcharge but this service means we can deliver items urgently when critically required.

All Groth equipment leaves the factory with an identification plate which includes the Serial Number of the unit along with the Model Number. The model number tells us the type of vent but without the serial number we are unable to tell what the pressure/vacuum settings are.

If the absence of these two numbers, we will ask you to provide as much of the following information as possible;

  • Original purchase order number and date
  • Tag number and site information
  • Pressure/Vacuum settings, size and material

If you are unable to provide this information we may ask you to provide photos of the component in question. Alternatively, we will be happy to visit site in order to identify the parts for you.

Honeywell

All Honeywell equipment leaves the factory with an identification plate which includes the Serial Number of the unit along with the Model Number. The model number tells us the type of detector but without the serial number we are unable to tell what the settings are.

If you are unable to provide this information we may ask you to provide photos of the component in question. Alternatively, we will be happy to visit site in order to identify the parts for you.

KLAW

All KLAW components leave the factory stamped with a unique Serial Number. It is from this serial number that we are able to identify the component and its settings.

If you are unable to provide this information we may ask you to provide photos of the equipment in question. Alternatively, we will be happy to visit site in order to identify the parts for you.

OPW

When a piece of equipment leaves the factory it will be marked with a unique serial number and/or model number. This allows us to identify the specific part and its configuration.

In the case of loading arms, they will be fitted with an identification plate which provides this information, usually located somewhere near the inlet swivel.

If the absence of either of these numbers, we will ask you to provide as much of the following information as possible;

  • Original purchase order number and date
  • Drawing or drawing number
  • Dimensions, materials and configuration

If you are unable to provide this information we may ask you to provide photos of the component in question. Alternatively, we will be happy to visit site in order to identify the parts for you.
